standby, please LLC ("standby, please", "we", "us", or "our") makes software and hardware for technical theatre practitioners. Our website is at standbyplease.tech.
What we collect
We collect only what we need:
- Contact enquiries. If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting provider may log standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). We do not use this for tracking.
We do not run analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or third-party pixels on this site. We do not use cookies beyond what is technically required to serve the page.
App diagnostic logs
Our apps may store local debug logs on your device to assist with troubleshooting. These logs remain on your device and are never transmitted automatically. Transmission occurs only at your explicit request, and logs are used solely for the purpose of investigating the specific issue you have reported.
